The Role
This is a senior production leadership role responsible for business-critical work across the MENA region.
The role owns flagship productions from the point of sale through final delivery and sets production standards across the region.
The position reports to the CBO and deputises on the production process.
What You Will Do
- Personally deliver complex, high-value cinematic hero, social-first, and always-on productions across MENA.
- Direct and coach Lead Producers, line producers, and production teams across the wider portfolio.
- Define production models around the idea, market, creators, budget, and client ambition.
- Lead senior production conversations from sale through final delivery.
