Role overview
Beautiful Destinations is a global travel marketing company combining creative storytelling, a creator community, technology, and travel content data.
The Creative Lead will act as the senior creative authority for the Middle East, turning ambitious client briefs into ideas that people watch, share, and act on.
The role covers flagship campaign films, vertical content, stills, and emerging formats while maintaining a human standard of taste, judgment, and originality.
What you will do
- Conceive campaign platforms and write treatments for major tourism, hospitality, and government brands.
- Present, sell, and defend creative thinking directly to CMO-level clients.
- Lead opportunities from insight and concept through narrative, treatment, and visual world.
- Direct creators, filmmakers, and production teams on flagship work.
- Maintain creative quality across films, social, vertical, stills, and emerging formats.
- Provide clear feedback that elevates creative work.
- Define creative principles and guardrails for key clients.
- Use AI image and video tools to explore directions, visualize ideas, and accelerate client-ready thinking without compromising originality.
