Role Overview
The Executive Pastry Chef leads the overall pastry and bakery direction of the brand.
The role covers product development, production operations, quality standards, team leadership, costing, and consistency across all locations.
The role requires a creative and operationally strong pastry chef who can maintain premium quality, efficient production, hygiene, and profitability.
Pastry and Bakery Operations
- Develop premium pastries, viennoiserie, breads, desserts, and bakery products.
- Plan production, standardize recipes, and maintain effective kitchen systems.
- Ensure consistent presentation, taste, quality, and production standards across all locations.
- Manage food costing, inventory control, supplier relationships, and waste management.
Team and Compliance
- Lead, train, and develop the pastry and bakery team in a high-pressure operating environment.
- Maintain strong hygiene standards and comply with UAE food safety requirements.
- Balance hands-on production leadership with operational efficiency and profitability.
