Role Overview
Lead the overall pastry and bakery direction of the brand.
Oversee product development, production operations, quality standards, team leadership, costing, and consistency.
Pastry and Bakery Direction
- Develop premium pastries, viennoiserie, breads, desserts, and bakery products.
- Ensure consistent presentation and taste across all locations.
- Maintain efficient daily production and strong kitchen systems.
Operations and Standards
- Manage production planning, recipe standardization, food costing, inventory control, supplier management, and waste management.
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, efficiency, profitability, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a pastry and bakery team while working hands-on under pressure.
- Train the team and maintain effective production standards.
