Executive - Operations (Invoicing)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order accounting processes
• Generate and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Track order progress and play logs to ensure proper reconciliation
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline operational workflows
• Prepare and analyze reports using MS Office tools
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with taxation and invoicing regulations
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements Key Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of taxation, invoicing, and MIS reporting
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and coordination skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage Required Experience- 3~6 years Qualification: B.Com
