Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order accounting processes
- Generate and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Track order progress and play logs to ensure proper reconciliation
- Utilize ERP systems to streamline operational workflows
- Prepare and analyze reports using MS Office tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with taxation and invoicing regulations
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements Key Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of taxation, invoicing, and MIS reporting
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage Required Experience- 3~6 years Qualification: B.Com
