Executive Manager, Change and Capability

Combine strategic thinking with a strong delivery focus and are comfortable moving between executive-level conversations and detailed change activity. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity and turn strategy into clear, practical and sustainable outcomes.

You will bring:

Significant experience leading organisational change or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Strong capability across change strategy, impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption.

Experience delivering technology, digital, AI, automation or new ways of working initiatives.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment and constructively challenge established approaches.

Strong executive communication, facilitation, coaching and partnering skills.

Sound program and project management capability, from planning through to implementation and embedding.

The judgement and adaptability to establish structure and momentum in a lean, evolving environment.

A collaborative and curious approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes.

Experience in financial services, risk, assurance or audit would be valuable but is not essential. Exposure to AI, data or digital capability uplift would be highly regarded.
