About the Role

- Verify and assign correct HS codes for export items
- Track outbound shipments via DHL, UPS, SKYEX and update delivery statuses
- Retrieve and manage Import Declaration documents through Dubai Trade
- Allocate and record courier charges for shipments and documents

- Experience in export invoicing and customs documentation
- Knowledge of HS codes and country of origin data
- Familiarity with DHL, UPS, SKYEX carriers
- Experience with Dubai Trade for import declarations

Export & Invoicing
- Prepare and format export invoices in Excel according to customs and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately include HS codes, country of origin, product weight, and other mandatory export details.
- Ensure all documentation complies with export standards for smooth customs clearance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update all required invoice information.
Document Management
- Develop familiarity with HS codes for all product categories handled by the company.
- Maintain updated information on country of origin data for export items.
- Verify and assign correct HS codes before preparing shipments to international regions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and regulatory sources to ensure accuracy of product classification.
Shipment Monitoring & Tracking
- Perform daily tracking of all outbound shipments sent via DHL, UPS, SKYEX, and other carriers.
- Update delivery statuses and maintain accurate records once shipments are delivered.
- Identify and escalate delays or issues with logistic partners for timely resolution.
- Maintain a shipment log to ensure visibility across all regional deliveries.
Trade Declaration Support
- Retrieve and manage Import Declaration documents through Dubai Trade for internal use.
- Provide necessary documentation support for purchase processes and VAT filing requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of import related records to relevant departments.
- Maintain organized digital archives of all declarations and import filings.
Vendor Coordination
- Allocate and record courier charges for shipments and documents dispatched from MIH to UAE stores.
- Support cost tracking and expense allocation for local courier activities.
- Maintain general knowledge of import and export categories such as packing, joinery, display, uniforms, IT items, and marketing materials.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily logistics activities across all departments.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
