Role Overview
Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in New Delhi.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a flair for sales.
In this role, you will be a key driver of our business growth, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and selling our comprehensive suite of IT services.
You will receive extensive training and mentorship to become an expert in our offerings, which include managed services, cloud solutions, SOC & NOC services and more.
This is a full-time position for only female candidates who are ready to make their mark in the IT industry.

Requirements
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BCA/ B.E./ B.Tech.) or Master's degree (MCA/ MBA) from a recognized university
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, listen and persuade clients
- Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of IT services, cloud computing, and basic networking concepts
- Motivation: A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a hunger to learn and grow
- Problem-Solving : The ability to understand client challenges and propose effective IT solutions
- Experience: 2-3 years in tele-sales, client engagement or business development preferred
- Strong phone etiquette, confidence in calling and following up
- Comfort with CRM software, MS Office, email drafting and professional communication
