Guest and Sales Support
- Resolve guest calls, requests, and issues by contacting the appropriate departments.
- Use sales techniques to optimize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
- Provide appropriate guest appreciation gifts and rewards.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
- Process Marriott Rewards point cancellation requests.
Reservations and Administration
- Process room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or email.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate reservations software.
- Handle and record guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
- Perform filing, email, transcription, faxing, and other office tasks for Sales and Marketing.
Service and Team Standards
- Assist management with employee training and motivation.
