Position Summary
The role supports guest reservations, sales activities, revenue generation, customer service, and general Sales and Marketing administration.
The position is non-management and based at the St. Regis property on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
Schedule and Position Details
- The position is full time.
- The role is not remote and requires work at the property.
Core Responsibilities
- Contact relevant departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Use sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Determine and provide appropriate complimentary rewards for guests.
- Promote brand image internally and externally.
- Process Marriott Rewards redemption requests.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate reservation software.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and other Sales and Marketing office duties.
- Assist management with employee training and motivation and monitor adherence to quality expectations.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection.
