Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate plant and equipment activities, including earthmoving and construction equipment.
- Manage equipment mobilization and demobilization, gate passes, and client approvals.
- Coordinate third-party testing, inspection, and certification.
- Follow up on preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain equipment documentation, certifications, and records.
- Coordinate equipment logistics and ensure timely site availability.
- Liaise with site teams, clients, vendors, and third-party agencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in equipment or plant coordination for construction or oil and gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of equipment documentation, certification, and mobilization.
- Energetic, proactive, and hands-on site coordinator.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
