Urgently hiring a Lead Subcontracts professional for a site-based project in the UAE.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of TA experience, as stated in the source posting.
- Strong experience in subcontracting and commercial management.
- Experience with subcontract enquiries, scopes of work, commercial evaluation, and negotiations.
- Experience with subcontract agreements, variations, change orders, claims, and final accounts.
- Experience with interim payments, subcontract administration, and close-out.
- Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 12,000 per month.
- Food and accommodation allowance is AED 2,175 per month.
- Mobile allowance is AED 200 per month.
Workplace
- The project is site-based in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontracting and commercial activities for the site-based project.
- Handle subcontract enquiries and scopes of work.
- Conduct commercial evaluations and negotiations with subcontractors.
- Administer subcontract agreements, variations, and change orders.
- Manage subcontractor claims and final accounts.
- Process and manage interim payments.
- Coordinate subcontract administration and project close-out.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
