Executive Director - PMCM Services
Lead executive ownership, strategic governance, and P&L accountability for KEO's UAE Project Management, Construction Management, and Construction Supervision business unit.
Drive year-on-year revenue growth, tier-one client development, operational performance, market penetration, and enterprise agility across a major infrastructure and program portfolio.
Financial and Strategic Leadership
- Direct financial health across the UAE portfolio, including fee structures, resource architecture, operational margins, and cost-containment frameworks.
- Oversee commercial risks, internal costing matrices, and accelerated collection of corporate receivables.
- Provide financial forecasts, critical risk matrices, and strategic growth updates to executive leadership.
- Execute the medium- to long-term growth plan for UAE PMCM and Construction Supervision services.
