Role Overview

The Executive Director will guide complex commercial office development initiatives within a high-profile, fast-evolving organization.

The role works across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to support development plans, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of office development initiatives.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.
  • Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience leading large-scale real estate or office development projects, including mixed-use commercial office assets.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation experience.
  • Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage gate process.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with corporate headquarters or campus developments.
  • Experience with landlord or developer-side delivery or occupier-side workplace development.
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC real estate development environment.
