As Executive Director - Office Development, you will help shape development plans that support broader business priorities, working across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive progress, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Lead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to end.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.

Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.

Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field.

15+ years relevent experince leading large-scale real estate or office development projects, including experience with mixed-use commercial office assets.

Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.

Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage gate process.

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.
