- Provide leadership and direction for the successful delivery of all residential projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and quality standards
- Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and systems tailored to residential developments
- Manage interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring coordination and efficient resource utilization
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies promptly
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements across all residential projects
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, government agencies, and community representatives
- Provide timely and transparent reporting to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities
- Mentor and develop delivery team members to enhance capabilities and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with a large real estate developer (client side) is a MUST
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience in residential project delivery, including senior leadership roles in large scale developments
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects in Saudi Arabia
- In depth knowledge of local residential construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities

Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Executive Director Delivery Residential to spearhead the delivery of our residential development projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- This role plays a crucial part in our mission to create world class living environments within the greater Qiddiya project.
- As the Executive Director Delivery Residential, you will be responsible for managing all facets of residential project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operations teams.
- You will lead strategic planning, oversee execution, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
