Role Description
Lead and oversee the company’s corporate banking relationships, financing structures, banking portfolios, and strategic financial initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international financial institutions while aligning banking services with operational and growth objectives.
This is a part-time remote role supporting drilling, marine, and other energy-related projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Negotiate credit facilities and oversee banking portfolios.
- Monitor market trends and analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.
- Recommend actions for liquidity management, risk mitigation, and capital allocation.
- Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams.
- Oversee treasury activities related to drilling and marine projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking and financial regulations.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and contribute to long-term financial planning.
- Support key energy project financing decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong business relationship management skills with corporate banks and financial institutions.
