Role Description
The Cluster General Manager – Hotels oversees performance and operations across a cluster of company-affiliated hotels.
The role is responsible for service quality, financial efficiency, corporate standards, team leadership, and profitability.
Work Arrangement
- The role is part-time and remote.
- Remote coordination with hotel managers is required, and occasional travel to properties may be needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead hotel management teams and set performance targets.
- Monitor revenue, occupancy, and cost controls across all properties.
- Develop and implement cluster-wide operational procedures.
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand requirements.
- Review performance metrics and provide strategic guidance on service improvements.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations teams to optimize guest experience and profitability.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-property or cluster hotel management, with strong operations oversight and standards implementation skills.
