Our ideal candidate brings over 15+ years of deep expertise in credit risk model development, particularly with Corporate and Investment Banking portfolios encompassing Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Exposure at Default (EAD) modelling. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of IRB frameworks and IFRS9 impairment standards, with a proven track record in delivering accurate, robust, and regulatory-compliant models.
Exceptional communication skills are critical for articulating complex modelling concepts and results to diverse stakeholders, including senior management, risk committees, auditors, and regulators.
You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional teams to align risk modelling with business and regulatory requirements.
Experience navigating regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions, particularly within India and global banking contexts, will be highly advantageous.
