Role Overview
The Executive Director will provide overall leadership and direction for the organization.
The role translates organizational vision and strategic priorities into effective plans, strong operational performance, and sustainable development.
The Executive Director works with the Board and senior leadership on strategy, performance, resources, and capabilities.
Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Establish strategic objectives and evaluate organizational performance.
- Oversee operational, financial, governance, and organizational matters.
- Develop and implement organizational strategies.
- Monitor financial and operational performance.
- Manage key risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, partnerships, and organizational development.
Stakeholder and Culture Leadership
- Build relationships with employees, partners, investors, government bodies, community representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally and communicate its vision, priorities, and achievements.
