Role Overview
FE CFO is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Strategist.
The role develops brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, build recognition, and create meaningful audience connections.
The role works across marketing, creative, communications, product, sales, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Research markets, competitors, audiences, customer behaviour, and market trends.
- Define brand positioning, values, personality, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Translate business objectives and market insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Support integrated marketing and communication initiatives.
- Guide the development and evolution of brand identity.
- Keep campaigns, content, products, and customer experiences aligned with the brand strategy.
- Maintain consistency across brand channels, campaigns, products, and customer touchpoints.
- Develop distinctive strategic brand concepts and ideas.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required in marketing, branding, communications, advertising, business administration, design, or a related discipline.
