About the Role
Sobha Constructions seeks an Executive - Communications to manage internal communications and social media. You will create content for newsletters, intranet, and social channels, support engagement events, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Create and publish content for newsletters, intranet, emails, posters, and internal campaigns
- Support communication around HR, CSR, leadership messages, and company initiatives
- Coordinate with departments to gather stories, updates, and employee achievements
- Assist in induction, engagement, and culture building events and communication programs
- Maintain consistency with Sobha’s tone, values, and brand guidelines
- Support day to day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create content copies, captions, and short form content in coordination with the design team/agencies
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports
- Assist in photo/video shoots at sites, offices, and events
- Maintain an organised content repository
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery
Requirements
- A degree in communications, media, PR, or a related field
- 1 3 years of work experience in either agency or in house
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Notion and Hootsuite are a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Interest in event management, employer branding and internal comms
