- Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Organize company documentation and records
- Follow up on project deliverables and action items
- Support HR and office administration
- Assist in maintaining smooth day to day business operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience preparing quotations, contracts, reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Strong follow up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage
- Experience preparing quotations, contracts, reports, presentations, and professional business correspondence
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Strong follow up skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in architecture, interior design, construction, fit out, or project management companies is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
