Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 2+ years of experience in architecture or project coordination (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Experience preparing quotations, project documentation, and contracts
- Basic understanding of BOQs, construction drawings, and material specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Role Description
- We are looking for an Architect & Project Coordinator to join our Dubai office.
- This full time, on site role combines architectural support with project coordination and administrative responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will assist in architectural and interior design development, prepare drawings and documentation, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- The role also includes preparing quotations and contracts, following up on project schedules, organizing project documentation, coordinating material selections, assisting with BOQs, and supporting the CEO with daily project coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 2+ years of experience in architecture or project coordination (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing quotations, project documentation, and contracts.
- Basic understanding of BOQs, construction drawings, and material specifications.
