Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEOu2019s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents in Arabic and English.
- Draft, translate, and review internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with school branch leaders, department heads, and external stakeholders.
- Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing board reports and executive summaries.
- Ensure timely communication between the CEOu2019s office and all departments.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience in the education sector in the UAE is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE professional and corporate etiquette is preferred.
