Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence in both English and Arabic
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with the highest level of discretion
  • Coordinate with school leaders and department heads across all six branches
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow up on executive decisions
  • Organize executive meetings, events, and official visits
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide general executive support as required
