- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence in both English and Arabic
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with discretion
- Coordinate with school leaders and department heads across all six branches
- Track action items and ensure timely follow up on executive decisions
- Organize executive meetings, events, and official visits
- Handle administrative tasks and provide general executive support as required
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in executive support or secretarial role
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence
