Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, documents, confidential information, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and produce meeting minutes.
- Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, letters, and management documents.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, confidential information, files, records, and important documents.
- Follow up on tasks, action items, and deadlines on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate communication with departments, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and related requirements when necessary.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including excellent English communication.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
