Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives

- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO across multiple businesses operating in technology, travel, AI, digital assets, and international ventures.
- This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted right hand, manage priorities, coordinate complex schedules, drive follow ups, and help ensure execution across a fast paced business environment.

- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Salary
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
