- Schedule meetings, appointments, and daily office coordination
- Prepare, register, scan, file, and organize documents and records
- Follow up on administrative matters, letters, invoices, and internal requests
- Coordinate with employees, clients, suppliers, and external parties
- Maintain files, contact lists, reports, and administrative records
- Assist in preparing letters, forms, simple reports, and official correspondence

Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, secretary work, reception, or office support preferred
- Native or near native Russian language proficiency highly preferred
- Good business communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic office tools

- High level of organization, attention to detail, follow up, and responsibility

Role Summary
- We are looking for an organized, responsible, professional, and well presented individual for the position of Administrative Assistant / Secretary.
- The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily administrative tasks, answer calls, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, organize documents, and support management and the team with office operations.
- Native or near native Russian language proficiency is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, messages, and business emails professionally.
