Executive Assistant

You'll be the driving force behind seamless executive support for the State General Manager, managing a complex and fast-moving schedule while ensuring key priorities stay on track. You'll oversee diary and inbox management, coordinate travel, expenses, leadership events and town halls, and anticipate business needs before they arise. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Business Banking and a broad network of Executive Assistants, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling executive effectiveness and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Demonstrated experience supporting a General Manager, State General Manager or equivalent executive leadership role within a large, complex organisation

Proven ability to manage highly complex diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior leadership levels

Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

A proactive, forward-thinking mindset, including an interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and ways of working

Outstanding communication skills, professionalism and discretion, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
