- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow up actions on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries when required.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to support executive decision making.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide day to day support to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
