Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of administrative activities for the Real Assets team
- Attend internal and external meetings and take minutes as required
- Manage team diaries and daily priorities; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, facilities, events and travel arrangements
- Manage accurate records, contacts and meeting notes, including CRM systems where required
- Establish and maintain the department's files, inventories, records and data management systems
- Compose and edit technical and administrative correspondence and documentation
- Assist in administrative problem solving, project planning, and execution of departmental goals
- Prepare reports, summaries and responses to enquiries
- Support ad hoc projects, leadership activity and business development priorities
Requirements
- Substantial experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, professional services or consulting
- Strong diary, inbox, travel and meeting management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and diplomatic, able to manage upwards
- Discreet with sound judgement in handling confidential information
- Arabic (spoken and written) is an advantage

Role Overview
- ADIC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and operational support to the Real Assets Department.
- The successful candidate will help the team run smoothly — coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and logistics and helping to maintain professionalism and polish in all interactions with clients, prospects and strategic partners.
- This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a dynamic and evolving investment team while helping to strengthen structure and support the development of a best in class EA function.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of administrative activities for the Real Assets team as assigned by the line manager
- Attend internal and external meetings and take minutes as required
- Manage team diaries and daily priorities with sound judgement and discretion; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, facilities, events and travel arrangements
- Manage accurate records, contacts and meeting notes, including CRM systems where required
- Establish and maintain the department's files, inventories, records and data management systems
- Compose and edit technical and administrative correspondence and documentation
- Assist in administrative problem solving, project planning, and the execution of departmental goals and objectives
- Prepare reports, summaries and responses to enquiries from a variety of sources
- Support ad hoc projects, leadership activity and business development priorities as required
- Carry out other similar duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
- Substantial experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, professional services or consulting
- Strong diary, inbox, travel and meeting management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior UAE experience beneficial, but not essential
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AI enabled productivity tools an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to compose and edit error free materials
- Arabic (spoken and written) is an advantage but not mandatory

- Confident and diplomatic and able to manage upwards
