Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
- Coordinate appointments, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on the Founder's behalf
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, expenses, and personal scheduling
- Plan and manage the Founder's content calendar across social media platforms
- Draft and publish social media posts, articles, captions, and thought leadership content
- Coordinate and capture photo/video content with creative partners
- Monitor engagement, research trends, and recommend content opportunities
- Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts, and public appearances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Native Arabic speaker
- 3 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or entrepreneurs
- Experience in executive assistance, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Personal branding experience: 1 year (Required)
- Personal assistant experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Overview
- We are seeking a Fun, proactive, highly organized, and creative professional to support our Founder in a hybrid role combining executive assistance, digital content production, and personal brand management.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate appointments, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on the Founder's behalf.
- Manage administrative tasks, documentation, expenses, and personal scheduling as required.
Key Responsibilities Personal Branding & Digital Production
- Plan and manage the Founder's content calendar across relevant social media platforms.
- Draft and publish social media posts, articles, captions, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate and capture photo/video content, working with designers, editors, and creative partners to produce engaging digital content.
- Monitor engagement, research trends, and recommend content opportunities.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts, and public appearances while ensuring brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- MUST BE A NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKER
- 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or entrepreneurs.
- Experience in executive assistance, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Pay
- Up to AED7,000.00 per month
