Role Description
- This full time Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role is an on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
- The role involves managing daily schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow up on action items.
- The assistant will handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries, as well as coordinate personal and professional commitments.
- Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining records and files, handling phone calls and emails, and supporting document preparation and basic reports.
- The role also requires liaison with internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality, and providing proactive support to enhance executive productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing personal tasks, managing errands, and coordinating personal schedules.
- Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Effective Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and prioritization of commitments.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, record keeping, data entry, and basic office administration.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendar tools).
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders or high net worth individuals is advantageous.
