- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and support evidence based decision making
- Proven Program Management experience including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Consulting skills including ability to advise senior leaders and translate business needs into technology solutions
- Experience leading cross functional teams and managing change in complex organizational environments
- Solid understanding of digital technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data analytics, automation, ERP/CRM systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Role Description
- The Digital Transformation Director at Entreprise Traoré Et Frères (ETEF) SARL is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The role is responsible for defining and leading the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring measurable impact on efficiency and growth.
- Day to day tasks include assessing current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for digitalization, and prioritizing transformation programs in collaboration with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- The Director will oversee program delivery, manage vendors and partners, and ensure projects stay on scope, budget, and timeline.
- The role also involves establishing governance frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, promoting a culture of innovation, and communicating transformation progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with a track record of designing and implementing end to end transformation strategies.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate business performance, and support evidence based decision making.
- Proven Program Management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Consulting skills, including the ability to advise senior leaders, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and managing change in complex organizational environments.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data analytics, automation, ERP/CRM systems) and how they enable business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, digital transformation) are beneficial.
- Experience in similar leadership roles in transformation or strategy, ideally within regional or international organizations.
