Role Overview
Provide strategic and operational support to Director-level leadership.
Act as a trusted partner who anticipates senior leaders’ needs and enables effective decision-making.
Support the delivery of complex infrastructure and energy programmes and organizational priorities.
Your Missions
- Provide high-level executive support to Directors and manage complex priorities.
- Oversee strategic diary management aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for senior meetings.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance activity, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Liaise with Directors, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
- Manage confidential communications and sensitive information.
- Support planning, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve administrative and operational efficiency.
- Manage email and communications on behalf of Directors where appropriate.
- Act as a gatekeeper for Directors’ time.
- Coordinate leadership events, workshops, and offsite meetings.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics; occasional UK travel may be required.
