Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership.
- This is a full time, in person position. Remote work, hybrid arrangements, freelance engagements, and work from home requests will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Draft, review, translate, and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements.
- Liaise with high profile stakeholders, clients, partners, and government entities when required.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, communications, and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the smooth day to day operation of the executive office.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.
