Role Overview

Raffles & Fairmont Doha is hiring an Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division at the two luxury Doha properties.

The position supports the overall Food & Beverage vision, commercial strategy, and luxury positioning of both brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
  • Oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, in-room dining, and other Food & Beverage touchpoints.
  • Analyse commercial and operational performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, costs, guest feedback, and market trends.
  • Contribute to budgets, business plans, forecasting, capital planning, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop concepts, revenue streams, partnerships, and guest experiences that strengthen the luxury positioning.
  • Lead Food & Beverage leadership teams through accountability, succession planning, talent development, and high-performance practices.
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand standards, food safety, regulatory requirements, and operational controls are maintained.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant senior-level Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels and/or resorts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
  • Commercial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost management, and performance optimisation.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and empower diverse leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, service excellence, Food & Beverage trends, and market positioning.
  • Relevant hospitality, business, or Food & Beverage qualification, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated professional experience.
