Role overview
Lead strategic and operational performance across the Food & Beverage division at Raffles & Fairmont Doha.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
Lead and develop high-performing teams while optimizing revenue, costs, productivity, and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Food & Beverage strategy and translate business objectives into commercial and operational priorities.
- Oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, in-room dining, and other Food & Beverage touchpoints.
- Analyze financial, productivity, guest feedback, and market performance to guide decisions.
- Contribute to budgets, business plans, forecasting, capital planning, and commercial initiatives.
- Develop concepts, revenue streams, partnerships, and guest experiences that strengthen luxury positioning.
- Drive service excellence and operational consistency across both brands.
- Lead leadership teams, succession planning, talent development, and a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms, and other stakeholders.
- Review operational performance, engage with outlets, and follow up on business priorities.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
