Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
  • administrative and secretarial support
  • to the manager
  • Manage
  • emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare and format
  • reports, presentations, and documents
  • Schedule and coordinate
  • meetings, agendas, and minutes (MOM)
  • Track action items and follow up on tasks
  • Maintain
  • records, files, and documentation
  • Support day-to-day
  • office operations and coordination
  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking operational data

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • **0–4 years of administrative experience**
  • Strong skills in:
  • Communication (English & Arabic preferred)
  • MS Office
  • Time management and organization
