At Westpac, we're transforming how technology is delivered across the Group and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support and complement our General Manager, Enterprise Testing & Technology BCM.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to a senior technology leader, helping drive efficiency, organisation and operational excellence across a large and dynamic business portfolio.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, commercially savvy, proactive and energised by making complex environments run seamlessly.
Importantly, you'll be the heartbeat of the GM's office, ensuring priorities stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks.
No two days will be same and your day to day will cover:
- Managing a complex executive diary and inbox.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, workshops and key events.
- Preparing presentations, reports and executive materials.
- Managing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Supporting operational governance, reporting and compliance activities.
- Monitoring actions, priorities and business deliverables.
- Assisting with cost centre management, expenses and reconciliations.
- Acting as a key point of contact across Enterprise Testing & Technology BCM.
- Providing trusted support to the leadership team and wider business.
Key Ingredients for Success ...
- Has highly developed and proven Executive Assistant experience supporting General Manager, Executive or C-Suite leaders in dynamic and fast-paced corporate environments.
- Brings exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, you are proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong operational and administrative expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, thrives in fast-paced, and complex corporate environments.
- Builds trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation and communicates with confidence, professionalism and warmth.
- Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and working experience within technology, transformation, banking or financial services environments.
- Loves solving problems and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes every day.
