- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for meetings
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and respond on behalf of the Director
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
- Track and follow up on various projects, tasks, and deadlines
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and business engagements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary
