Overview

**ESM** is looking for an exceptionally organised **Executive Assistant** with strong executive support capability to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The role provides flexible administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and is critical to the smooth running of the organisation, requiring the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, providing administrative, business, and meeting support, while also contributing to the creation and initial implementation of projects.

Key Objectives

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, supporting strategic and informed decision‑making.
  • Provide administrative, business, and meeting support to the Managing Director.
  • Support the creation and initial implementation of projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and the senior leadership team.
  • Manage company credit card expenses.
  • Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience in an executive or corporate environment

Job‑Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of office management principles, methods, and procedures
  • Knowledge of sorting and filing techniques and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to manage workload and assignments to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude towards giving and receiving feedback
  • Good knowledge of MS Office with excellent use of MS PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas
  • Excellent written and spoken English
