Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to the President of CuraScript Specialty Distribution, and other leaders as needed, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and executive communications.
- Anticipate leadership needs and identify solutions that improve time management, prioritization, and operational effectiveness.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, town halls, and other executive forums.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership communications that support effective decision-making.
- Track key decisions, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability and timely execution.
- Support annual planning activities, organizational events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership operating rhythms.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for leaders, team members, and business partners.
- Partner effectively with the Chief of Staff, President, Leadership Team, and administrative professionals across the enterprise to support strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, competing priorities, and complex schedules.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, project coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
