Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions for executives
  • Organize meetings, events, and business visits
  • Maintain records, files, and executive documentation
  • Support office administration and operational coordination activities
  • Assist in preparing business reports and presentations for leadership meetings
  • Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
