We are currently looking for a professional and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
Maintain organized filing systems and records
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
