- Own and manage complex calendars across the legal team, scheduling across time zones and resolving competing priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel end to end, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, board sessions, and regulatory calls
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and outside counsel invoicing/billing coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between the legal team and internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and regulators
- Support document management, filing, and organization of contracts, corporate records, and legal correspondence
- Plan and coordinate legal team events, offsites, and meetings
- Take on occasional personal tasks and errands to help the legal team's leaders stay focused and efficient
- Handle highly confidential and privileged information with sound judgment and total discretion
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or legal secretary/paralegal support role, ideally at an Am Law 100 or comparable large law firm
- Familiarity with legal workflows, terminology, and the pace of in house or law firm legal work
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful problem solver who anticipates needs
- Skilled at managing competing demands and prioritizing across multiple stakeholders
- Flexibility to work later hours when the role calls for it
- Exceptional discretion and professionalism with confidential and privileged information
- Based in or able to work in person in downtown Manhattan office

About The Role
- As Executive Assistant to Kalshi's Legal team, you'll be the operational backbone for our General Counsel and the broader legal team.
- You'll own complex calendar and travel management, anticipate needs, and serve as a trusted point of contact for outside counsel, regulators, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage complex calendars across the legal team, scheduling across time zones and resolving competing priorities among multiple attorneys.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel end to end, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, board sessions, and regulatory calls, including collating documents, decks, and briefing books.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and outside counsel invoicing/billing coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact between the legal team and internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and regulators.
- Support document management, filing, and organization of contracts, corporate records, and legal correspondence.
- Plan and coordinate legal team events, offsites, and meetings.
- Take on occasional personal tasks and errands to help the legal team's leaders stay focused and efficient.

What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or legal secretary/paralegal support role, ideally at an Am Law 100 or comparable large law firm.

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure
- Salary Range: $90,000 $140,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
