Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership team calendars and ensure priorities and commitments are effectively coordinated.
• Arrange executive travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Process and track expense reports accurately.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site events, meetings, information sessions, and surveys.
• Support donations, sponsorships, philanthropic activities, and other projects.
• Provide on-site event support when required by business needs.
• Manage invoices, purchase orders, payments, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are required.
• Adapt communication and working approaches to different leaders and colleagues.
• Demonstrate tact, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
• Manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, take initiative, and ensure smooth execution.
• Use office software and digital tools proficiently and learn new technologies quickly.
• Bring openness, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
