Role Overview
The Admin is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the property management portfolio, primarily focused on **real estate (long-term rentals)**.
This role ensures smooth coordination between tenants, guests, landlords, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, listings, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Tenant & Guest Relations
- Manage tenant and guest communications via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Coordinate maintenance and follow up on issue resolution
- Support lease-related communication and short-term stay messaging
2. Administrative Management
- Maintain accurate property records, listings, and documentation
- Track tenancy contracts, renewals, payments, and notices
- Update listings across platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Airbnb, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of properties (permits, utilities, photos)
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
3. Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, cleaning staff, and external vendors
- Schedule inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and unit readiness
- Escalate urgent issues to management when required
- Ensure all requests are completed within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Administration, Real Estate, or Hospitality
- 1 year of experience in property management or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with UAE real estate platforms and systems is an advantage
